A great morning for swimmers on day 1, with Oliver winning Bronze in 100m backstroke 🥉 , Jaxon - Gold 50m fly (1 second off counties) 🥇, Harry - Bronze 50m fly (0.12 off counties)🥉, Ruby - 7th and PB 50m Breast and Izzy - Gold 50m Breast 🥇hitting county times 🥳
The afternoon continued to bring success with Oliver getting silver for 50m Backstroke and Ruby another PB in 50m freestyle. Izzy achieved her second gold medal and county time for 100m breaststroke! Way to go Izzy!
Despite the snowy weather in Darwen on day 2, our swimmers continued to make us proud with Harry earning a silver for 100m Free and gold for 50m Free; a great swim from Ava in the 50m Backstroke; Jaxon narrowly missed out on counties but earned bronze for 50m free and Henry successfully hit his county time in the 50m free.
⭐️⭐️Our little superstar of the day was again, 9 year old Izzy, earning her 3rd Gold medal of the weekend in the 200m Breast stroke and gaining her 3rd county time. Outstanding performance Izzy, very well done ⭐️⭐️

Outstanding effort from all our swimmers bringing home17 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 11 bronze medals, not to mention the amount of PBs hit! Very well done to each and every one of you who competed today!
